“Giving your dreams direction” is the mantra of Elizabeth Zack as a realtor. Unbelievable, she did that and more. When my then boyfriend and I were looking for a place to move from our apartment, Elizabeth quickly found us a condominium that was just right. It was exactly the right space and open floor plan that we wanted at the time.  By the time we were ready to buy a home, our needs had changed. We had an infant and were planning to have one more child. My hob had changed, as did our incomes. Therefore, we had to call Elizabeth to help us look for out next home. She was so amazing, available and receptive to our needs the first time around, we know she could help us find our next home. We knew we wanted a location between our two jobs, somewhere in the Hatboro, Warrington, and Warminster areas. She showed us homes in all three areas, knowing that Hatboro was the place we really wanted to be. However, we were fixed at a certain budget, as are many working people. Elizabeth showed us homes below, in, and above the amount we thought we could afford. Honestly, when she showed us some home, we thought,"There is NO WAY we could ever afford this place.” Elizabeth helped us find an understanding of the finances of purchasing a home that we never before understood. She connected us with a trustworthy mortgage person, Tina Furgeuson, who was an incredible asset in the process. When we walked into a potential home, we thought, “This looks like the Pottery Barn. We cannot get this place.” Financially, we thought it was out of reach. This home was so unbelievably incredible. We loved it so much and felt almost defeated that it seemed just out of reach.  This is when Elizabeth’s mantra came though for us. We saw some other homes in the area before and after this but this home had just stuck in our minds. Elizabeth crunched the numbers with Tina, and crunched it again. We had been almost ready to settle on an inferior home just out of fear. With Elizabeth’s advice, we were actually able to purchase the home that we never thought we could get. Now, we have been living in our home for four months. We are SO HAPPY here. Elizabeth’s advice was correct. She helped us move into the home of our dreams (and afford it!). I would wholeheartedly recommend Elizabeth Zack to be your realtor. Please give her the time to “Give your dreams Direction” because that is exactly what she did for us.

Elizabeth, thank you so much for taking care of all my Real Estate needs. When I moved to Doylestown, from the West Coast, I made the mistake of thinking that I could find the right house during a 5 days house hunting period. Needing a place to move into I rushed into a transaction and ended up buying a beautiful new construction condominium using a different agent. Unfortunately after about 5 months I realized that the condo was not right for my family. Luckily, I found you and you were able to not only find the right house for my family but also able to sell and get top dollar during a tough market for the condo in Doylestown Station. The beautiful colonial on 1 acre in Doylestown Township that we are currently living in is absolutely perfect. The kids are a stones throw from the local elementary school, my wife enjoys the close proximity to nearby shopping, and I like being close to Lake Galena for bike rides and walking, I only wish that I would have been fortunate enough to have found you first when I was making the transition from the West Coast. We interviewed several agents from the Bucks County area when we needed to put our rental property on the market.  When Elizabeth walked into the house, her first question was, “What about this home made you want to buy it?” I was taken back to years previously when we fell in love with its charming personality, forgotten though the various tents inhabiting this historical site. With Elizabeth’s thoughtful suggestions, even an offer of the use of a designer-at her expense-to assist in preparing our home for sale, this home regained its former magic. She immediately programmed us into her call phone and kept us apprised of anything related to the house. Elizabeth held an open house soon after contracts were signed. Art works, invitations, graphics, open houses all were done FIRST CLASS. She even made herself available after locking up from the open house to latecomers.

If I had to reduce our dealings with Elizabeth to just a few adjectives, we would have to include creative, attentive, thorough, caring, knowledgeable, communicative, all very important characteristics that a GREAT Real Estate Agent should possess. But Elizabeth also holds these traits on a personal level.

Bottom line? Our home sold in a very short period of time in a very tough market at a very good price.
